A wonderfully crisp and herbaceous drink that’s bound to get the taste buds going.
For The Shaker:
- 50ml Hacien pineapple tequila
- 20ml lime juice
- 20ml basil syrup
- 25ml pineapple juice
- 6 basil leaves
- Top with prosseco
Method:
- Shake first 5 ingredients well in cocktail shaker.
- Fine strain into martini/coupette and top with prosseco.
- Garnish with basil leaf.
