Inspired by the flavours of Thailand, this beautifully balanced drink certainly packs a punch. HACIEN Tequila Blanco shaken with chilli, ginger, coconut and lime.
For The Shaker:
- Muddle 1cm of green chilli (no seeds)
- 50ml Hacien blanco
- 25ml lime juice
- 15ml coconut syrup
- 25ml ginger beer
Method:
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Fine strain into a martini/coupe glass straight up.
- Garnish with a lime twist.
