A sweet revitalizing pair of elderflower and grapes is given gravitas by Prosecco and our smooth, elegant Blanco.
For the shaker:
- 6 White Grapes (Muddled)
- 35ml of HACIEN Tequila Blanco
- 20ml of Elderflower Syrup
- 20ml of lime juice
- 6-8 Ice Cubes
Method:
- Shake contents for 30 seconds.
- Double strain contents and fill a highball glass by 1/3.
- Add crushed ice to glass and top 2/3 with Prosecco
- Garnish with a skewer of grapes and a sprig of mint.
