A HACIEN twist on a contemporary classic cocktail.
For The Shaker:
- 35ml Hacien Tequila Blanco
- 15ml Passoa Passionfruit liqueur
- 25ml Passionfruit puree
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Vanilla syrup
- 50ml Pineapple juice
- Flesh of half a passionfruit
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Fine strain into a coup glass straight up and garnish with half a passion fruit.
