A French 75 with a Jalisco twist, put some bubbles in your Blanco with a classic Champagne cocktail.
For The Shaker:
- 25ml of HACIEN Tequila Añejo Cristalino
- 10ml of Agave Syrup
- 20ml of squeezed lime
- 2 Fresh Raspberries
- Ice Cubes
Method:
- Shake for 30 seconds.
- Fill glass half full into a Champagne flute.
- Top with Champagne until ¾ full.
- Mix lightly so there is one colour throughout.
- Garnish with a skewer of raspberries and 2 mint leaves.
