Mexican 75

A French 75 with a Jalisco twist, put some bubbles in your Blanco with a classic Champagne cocktail.

For The Shaker:

  • 25ml of HACIEN Tequila Añejo Cristalino
  • 10ml of Agave Syrup
  • 20ml of squeezed lime
  • 2 Fresh Raspberries
  • Ice Cubes

Method:

  1. Shake for 30 seconds.
  2. Fill glass half full into a Champagne flute.
  3. Top with Champagne until ¾ full.
  4. Mix lightly so there is one colour throughout.
  5. Garnish with a skewer of raspberries and 2 mint leaves.
