A sweet combination of honey, ginger and pineapple… elevated by our slightly sweeter Blanco.
For The Shaker:
- 50ml of HACIEN Pineapple Blanco
- 2 pieces of Ginger, coin-sized (Muddled)
- 15ml of honey
- 25ml of lime juice
- 35ml of Pineapple Juice
Method:
- Wet the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and dip in rock salt.
- Shake your contents well for 30 seconds and double strain into glass.
- Garnish with zest of lime.
